DELIVERY TIMES – Delivery usually takes around 1 - 3 days from placing an order (not taking weekends or bank holidays into account). Delayed items will only be investigated with our courier company/postage representatives once a period of 7 working days has passed. We always dispatch items in a timely manner and cannot accept responsibility for any unlikely delay caused by our postage agents or representatives. Should item/s fail to arrive at the requested delivery address within 14 working days from order placement, the customer will be entitled to a full refund including postage costs. Any delay up to this designated timescale will not be considered lost or mislaid until 14 working days has passed.
All of our goods are couriered to customers in good condition, we use a reputable courier, and your goods should arrive in the same, good condition, that left our warehouse.
Please inspect your goods when they arrive, and check that they are in good condition before signing.
If your goods are damaged in any way, you must call us immediately on 0789 999 6046.
We are unable to lodge a claim with the courier, if the goods have already been signed for, so it is imperative you call us immediately, if your goods are damaged.
You should then give the parcel / s back to the courier who will then return them to us.
Once we receive the goods, in their original sealed containers,inspect them, and establish a genuine fault, we will refund you in full, by which ever payment method you used to purchase the goods.
If you wish to return the goods for any other reason other than damage to the goods, you may do so at your own cost.
Please call us on 0789 999 6046, explaining the reason you wish to return, you must then arrange your own carrier to return the unwanted goods at your own cost.
Once we receive the returned goods in their original sealed containers, in good condition, we will refund the full amount of the goods only, by which ever payment method you used to purchase.
We are unable to offer returns on inflatables under any circumstance, owing to the fragile nature of the product.
As a wholesale company, we are unable to offer returns on individual product items, only on full cases.
Due to the nature and use of our products it has been advised by management that in the unlikely event of your product failing to work, we can only offer a replacement or a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. You are agreeing to these terms and conditions when you purchase our products so please do not be offended if a refund or replacement is refused after 14 days of purchasing your item.
